By using Pain Mesh, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Pain Mesh Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Pain Mesh provides software opportunity discovery and idea validation based on public market signals, user reviews, forums, and community discussions. Reports are informational research outputs, not business, legal, financial, or investment advice.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the ideas, competitor notes, and other materials you submit. You agree not to abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape restricted outputs, or use Pain Mesh to violate third-party rights.
4. Subscriptions
Founder subscriptions unlock premium report details and source evidence. Subscriptions renew until canceled through Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the active billing period unless otherwise required by law.
5. Research Outputs
Pain Mesh uses automated analysis and may contain incomplete, stale, or inaccurate conclusions. You should independently verify source evidence, market demand, pricing, compliance needs, and competitive claims before making decisions.
6. Intellectual Property
Pain Mesh software, ranking logic, report format, branding, and site content are owned by Eayaya Technology Corp. Your submitted idea text remains yours, and you grant us the rights needed to process it and provide the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eayaya Technology Corp. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from Pain Mesh or decisions made using its outputs.
