1. Information We Collect
Pain Mesh collects account email, authentication metadata, idea drafts you submit, saved validation reports, billing status, and usage signals needed to operate the opportunity intelligence workspace.
2. How We Use Information
We use this information to authenticate users, generate and store private idea validation reports, manage subscription access, improve ranking quality, prevent abuse, and provide customer support.
3. Public Source Data
Pain Mesh analyzes public reviews, forums, app marketplaces, and community discussions. Source excerpts and links are used as evidence for product opportunity research and are not treated as private user submissions.
4. Payments
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We store Stripe customer, subscription, price, status, and renewal metadata, but we do not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
5. Retention and Deletion
We retain account, report, and billing records while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, accounting, and product reliability purposes. You can contact us to request account or report deletion.
